the birthday boy

Phillip has some snazzy new birthday duds. This pair of PJ's was made especially for him by a mama we know, with fabric from (you can't get any better than this!) a men's shirt from Frenchy's. Thank you so much! He loves them, and keeps rubbing his belly.
And what do you need along with a pair of PJ's? Why, an apron, of course! Ingrid made this fantastic apron just for P. As you can see, it's a hit. Sorry for the terrible pics; he's quite the mover.

And here's our present for P - a new red tricycle. Here he is, showing you his favourite thing about it.

  4. Omygosh, they fit! Do they really fit? I see the pants are a bit long; I knew that would be the case. But they fit in the rise? I am so, so pleased to see them on him - and apparently fitting! Yay!

Oh! And they aren't from a shirt, but a 100% cotton curtain. Yes, from Frenchy's of course!

(And I did sort of blog about it, 3/4 of the way down this page: http://thedandeliontrail.blogspot.com/2009/05/may-in-life.html)

Yay! Happy, happy, happy birthday to P! That kid. What a cutie.

  5. They do fit - they're perfect! SO cute. We use disposables when he's in his PJs, so they do fit in his bumular area. :)
