the office
I don't write much about my 'real' work here. I think of this as my non-work, fun place. When I'm working, I'm most often in my car, driving from student to student. But I do have a work cubicle that I recently added a $2 Salvation Army thrift store lamp to, and you know what? Using that instead of a small flourescent light above the desk has made a huge difference in the atmosphere there. That and plenty of clementines. It's the little things. There. Have a seat and do some of my work for me, okay?

So cute Sherrie! I like having a small space that's my very own. I think it's important for a mom!
ReplyDeleteOh, I love your workspace. Mine is... not so good right now. Because of the piles. The piles of unsorted stuff.
ReplyDeleteMaybe a lamp would help...
nice picture, looks like I could...makes me want to pretty up my desk
ReplyDeleteEven the trash in your office is neat...wow! I'd hire you to be my interior decorator if you lived in my town and if the sight of my house wouldn't make you break down in screams of terror. ;}
ReplyDeleteI think I might have a problem, Teresa... I always stack the peels like that! And really, I would break down in screams of excitement and give you a big hug!
ReplyDeleteYour office space looks so cozy! I love the lamp!!
