It might take awhile. <br /><br />Cream 2 cups margarine (of course, I used butter) and 1 1/4 cups brown sugar. Add 1 tsp vanilla. Mix together: 2 cups flour, 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup bran, 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup flax seeds, 1 cup coconut. Add dry mix to butter mix and mix well. Press dough into 1/2 inch thickness in 2-3 inch diameter rounds. Add more oats if dough is too sticky. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes on a baking stone; if using a regular cookie sheet, flip after 7 minutes.
